Students have been fortunate enough this term to participate at MMPowerment.  MMPowerment is a youth organisation owned and run by former Newcomb Secondary College student Cain Brunton.

MMPowerment encourages young people to gain and build confidence through boxing whilst incorporating their core values in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, which is how to navigate unhelpful thoughts that may arise, grounding and breathing techniques, body awareness and how to articulate emotions.
